Remote Live Chat Support
InterCambio Express Inc is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Live Chat Support Agent. The successful candidate will provide real-time assistance to our customers through live chat, helping them with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering product and service support. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner. - Assist customers with product and service-related questions, providing accurate and detailed information. - Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through step-by-step solutions. - Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when necessary. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering friendly and efficient service. - Keep records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and comments. - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures. - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications: - Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat support role is a bonus. - Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. - Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment. - Proficiency in using live chat software, CRM systems, and other customer service tools. - Problem-solving skills with a focus on finding solutions quickly. - High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to remote work. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required. - Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
