Data Entry Clerk - Remote

Key Responsibilities: - Inputting, organizing and maintaining data in our company database - Accurately and efficiently entering customer orders, sales reports and other important information - Reviewing and validating data for errors or discrepancies - Communicating with various departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness - Generating reports and providing analysis on data trends - Ensure confidentiality and security of all data by following established policies and procedures Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent education - At least 1 year of experience in data entry or related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Knowledge of data management systems, such as SAP or Salesforce, is a plus - Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package and a positive work environment.
