This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in New York City, New York. Hardworking and independent with the ability to work remotely. 3. Strong planning and attention to detail skills. 4. Excellent written communication skills. 5. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
