Remote Medication Adherence Technician

Medication Adherence Technician (CPhT (PTCB) / ExCPT (NHA), RMA / CMA, or CNA.) HealthCare Support is actively seeking a fully remote Medication Adherence Technician to fill an opening with a leading pharmaceutical organization. Must be a CPhT (PTCB) / ExCPT (NHA), RMA / CMA, or CNA. Best for candidates not working and avail immediately... Daily Responsibilities for Medication Adherence Technician: • The Medication Adherence Technician will apply knowledge and skills to engage in-depth discussion with patients about medication adherence to identify and resolve patient adherence barriers. This role may involve analysis, research, and problem-solving to obtain resolution. Applied judgment is required to develop, modify and adapt procedures in order to most effectively meet demands in atypical situations. The MAT Tech will be making 80-100 outbound calls (cold calls) per day to patients. • Location: Fully Remote (Candidates can not reside in Hawaii or California) • Shift: 8 hours shifts between 8am to 8pm CST; Full-Time, 40 hour per week Required Qualifications for Medication Adherence Technician: • High School Diploma or GED • CPhT (PTCB) / ExCPT (NHA), RMA / CMA, or CNA • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google - ability to learn new technology • 2-5 years experience with pharmacy and heavy outbound calls Preferred Qualifications for Medication Adherence Technician: • Bilingual a MAJOR plus: Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, Cantonese, and Vietnamese (must be proficient in English AND second language) Benefits for Medication Adherence Technician: • Immediate enrollment in Health Insurance • Dental Insurance • Life Insurance • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Access to Investment Accounts • Career and educational tools within our Ingenovis ACT (Advocacy) Program Pay Details: $19.50 - $19.50 an hour Interested in being considered?
