In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating flight schedules and assisting with travel arrangements for our clients. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with scheduling and booking flights for clients based on their preferences and travel itineraries. • Coordinate flight schedules, including connecting flights, layovers, and seat assignments, to ensure seamless travel experiences. • Communicate with airlines and other travel partners to secure bookings, confirmations, and updates for clients' flights. • Provide assistance and support to clients regarding flight changes, cancellations, and other travel-related inquiries. • Maintain accurate records of flight bookings, expenses, and client information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies. • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient processing of flight schedules and travel arrangements.
