Member Service Representative $25/hr

This position will be starting October 5th! Job Description... ? Reps take between 50-70 calls/day (8-10/hour) from members who have questions regarding their current insurance plan. ? Questions often are regarding coverage, copayments, premium billing, network, premiums, deductibles, etc. ? They will allow people to work remotely after a day or so of training, but all candidates MUST be able to go work in the office at a moments notice. Skills Customer service, Health care Additional Skills & Qualifications ? It is highly preferred that all candidates have call center experience to be considered for this role. Tenure of work history is key and will be used as a disqualifier. ? If they do not have a Degree, they must be extremely professional and demonstrate critical thinking. ? 1 year of call center experience. ? Ability to type 35 WPM ? High School Diploma Hours ? Training Hours: 8:00-4:30 M-F ? Hours of operation: 9AM - 6PM M-F. ? Candidates can start anywhere from 9:00-9:30 am depending on how long they would like to take for lunch (30 min lunch = 9:30 start, 1 hour lunch = 9AM start). They will decide this after training. ? They will also have 1 other 15 minute break. They will also need to work 2 evening shifts per month (11AM-8PM), and 2 weekend shifts during Open Enrollment (Oct-Dec).
