Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish ? Experience handling 40-50 adherence-related calls daily ? Familiarity with basic medical terminology and medication names (brand and generic) ? Excellent written and verbal communication abilities ? Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace ? Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player ? Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including weekends ? Preferred Skills ? Prior experience in a remote working environment Responsibilities ? Make outbound calls to patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacies to address patient cases identified through risk stratification algorithms. ? Obtain and document health and contact information, schedule patient appointments, and resolve medication-related issues to improve patient engagement. ? Address inbound customer support requests, providing accurate and timely information while preparing and mailing correspondence as needed. ? Work closely with the Clinical Care team to ensure streamlined communication and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues. ? Engage in continuous learning to refine your skills and provide exemplary customer service and patient care. Qualifications ? Certification as a Pharmacy Technician is essential ? Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish are preferred ? Previous experience conducting medication adherence calls strongly desired ? Knowledge of medical terminology and a good grasp of medications (brand/generic) Education Requirements ? High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in a related field is a plus Education Requirements Credential Category ? Certification as a Pharmacy Technician required Experience Requirements ?
