Our client is a distinguished private equity-backed firm poised for substantial growth, aiming for an ambitious revenue target in the upcoming year. Utilizing a strategic mix of mergers, acquisitions, and organic expansion, they seek a seasoned Vice President of Transformation to spearhead their transformation initiatives, ensuring the company’s processes and systems remain agile and scalable. Position Summary: The Vice President of Transformation will serve as a strategic leader, driving significant change initiatives and business process optimizations aligned with the organization's expansive goals. This role is suited for a dynamic leader who excels in facilitating and propelling change in a high-velocity environment, leveraging robust leadership and interpersonal skills. The VP will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to redefine processes and integrate transformative strategies throughout the company. Location and Travel: This is a remote position. The successful candidate must be currently located in the Pacific Time Zone. Travel to the company’s headquarters in Los Angeles is required one week per month, in addition to other travel to various locations, which may constitute up to 40% of the time. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the execution of the company’s transformation strategy, focusing on business process re-engineering, system integrations, and operational excellence. • Partner with key business leaders to facilitate change management processes and foster the adoption of new initiatives. • Perform comprehensive analyses to identify opportunities for improvements, increased efficiency, and cost reductions. • Manage the portfolio of transformation projects to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. • Work collaboratively with IT, finance, and other departments to ensure transformation initiatives are aligned with technological advancements and financial planning. • Develop and implement metrics to assess process improvements and their impact on business outcomes. • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organization. • Lead and mentor a team of project managers, business analysts, and other transformation professionals. • Regularly update the executive team and stakeholders on the progress of transformation initiatives. • Establish best practices and create a framework for repeatable success in company operations. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred. • At least 10-15 years of experience in a transformation leadership role, with a demonstrated track record in process re-engineering and change management. • Strong project management skills and experience in managing a PMO. • Extensive experience working with cross-functional teams and senior-level stakeholders. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficient with various business systems and technology platforms. • Comprehensive understanding of financial principles and cost optimization. • Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to strategize and collaborate across departments effectively. • Proven capability to manage multiple tasks with a focus on tactical execution and results Apply Job!
