Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain regular communication to ensure their needs are met. -

Issue Resolution:

Actively listen to client concerns, analyze issues, and provide effective solutions in a timely manner, leveraging critical thinking and decision-making skills. -

Account Management:

Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring that all client inquiries are addressed, and issues are escalated as necessary. -

Feedback Collection:

Gather and document client feedback to identify areas for improvement in services and products, collaborating with internal teams to implement changes. -

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, using CRM software. -

Training and Development:

Participate in ongoing training opportunities to enhance product knowledge and improve service delivery, sharing insights with team members. -

Performance Monitoring:

Track and report on key performance indicators to ensure team goals are consistently met; take initiative in areas that require additional support. -

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to align client expectations with our services, fostering a collaborative approach to client management. • *Requirements:** -

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required. -

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in a client service or customer support role, preferably within a technology or consulting environment. -
