Experienced Appointment Setter for Video Production Company - Contract to Hire

At Mosaic Medi Films, we specialize in creating impactful video content for Austin homebuilders, helping them increase sales, enhance brand visibility, and differentiate themselves in the highly competitive market. We’ve successfully partnered with industry leaders like David Weekly, Tri-pointe Homes, and Champion Homes, and we’re looking to build on our portfolio of work and success to help other homebuilders with similar high-quality video content. Role Overview: As an Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility will be to call and text homebuilders using our proven call-and-text structure. Your goal is to set up appointments for our owner, with a strong emphasis on quality and client engagement. What We Offer: Competitive Pay: Earn $25 an hour Performance Bonus: Receive a $10 bonus for every appointment you set where the person shows up. Requirements: Proven experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, sales representative or similar role. Strong personal communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to follow scripts while also being able to engage and adapt to the conversation. Self-motivated and results-driven with a keen attention to detail. A basic understanding of the video production industry is a plus but not required.
