Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues. Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to help improve our products and services. Requirements Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in a remote setting. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with CRM software and other customer support tools. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the tech industry or with SaaS products. Multilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Trello. Working Hours This is a part-time remote position with flexible hours. We expect a commitment of 20 hours per week, with availability to work some evenings and weekends as needed.
Compensation
The hourly rate for this position is $15-$20, based on experience and qualifications.
