This position is essential in ensuring that our customers receive their packages promptly and safely. As a FedEx Overnight Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for the timely delivery of packages to both residential and commercial addresses. Key Responsibilities: • Operate a FedEx delivery vehicle to transport packages to various locations. • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages. • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor. • Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle. • Follow all safety protocols and driving regulations. • Use handheld devices for scanning and tracking packages. • Communicate effectively with the dispatch team regarding delivery status and any issues encountered. Requirements: • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Minimum age of 21 years old. • Reliable vehicle (if applicable). • Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs. • Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently. • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Previous delivery experience is a plus but not required.
