Qualifications: • Master's degree in Special Education or a related field • Current North Dakota Special Education teaching license or eligibility • Previous experience working with students with disabilities, preferably in a virtual setting • Deep understanding of IEP development and implementation • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate students in a virtual environment • Proficient organizational skills and attention to detail Key Responsibilities: • Create and implement individualized lesson plans and instructional materials that meet the unique needs of each student • Administer virtual classes and one-on-one sessions using digital tools and platforms • Record and assess student progress, adapting instructional methods and materials as necessary • Work with parents, guardians, and other educators to support students' academic and behavioral development • Prepare and uphold accurate records of student progress, IEP goals, and instructional adjustments • Actively participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and review of IEPs To apply, please forward your resume to [email protected] Apply Job!
