Data Entry Specialist - Healthcare Operations

Key Responsibilities Accurately enter data into the QuickClaim system using a continuous supply of images. Identify document types based on the provided documentation. Review and verify entered data to ensure it meets quality requirements. Maintain confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) following HIPAA standards. Interact professionally with other staff as needed. Recommend improvements or enhancements to job processes. Complete all tasks for the day before logging off. Perform other basic office duties as assigned. Work Schedule Hourly Pay: $12 per hour Availability: Part-time and full-time openings available, with full-time preferred. Minimum Hours: At least 20 hours per week. Shifts: Various shifts available between 8:00 am - 9:00 pm CST, Monday to Friday. Skills What We're Looking For Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Ability to multitask and work efficiently. High attention to detail. Quick learner who can follow instructions. Maintain confidentiality of client data. Proficiency in reading and speaking English.
