Minimum qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience. • 4 years of experience creating content for technical audiences (e.g., developer documentation, Computer Science course material, or IT administration playbooks). • Experience writing for the web and with Markdown, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript. Preferred qualifications: • Experience with Developer Operations or Cloud Operations technologies. • Experience producing technical documentation for a technical audience. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills and excellent initiative. • Ability to navigate ambiguity, support multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
