Special Education Teacher - Flexible Part-Time/Full-Time Opportunity

As a Special Education Teacher, you will play a vital role in fostering an inclusive and supportive learning... environment where all students can thrive. What You'll Need • Certification: Active teaching or special service provider certification/license issued by the State of Arkansas. • Specialization: Endorsement and/or specialized training in Special Education. • Experience: At least 3 years of experience working with students with diverse learning needs. • Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills. Position Details • Start Date: ASAP through the end of the school year. • Schedule: Choose between part-time or full-time - we'll work with your preferences! • Caseload: Manage and provide support for approximately 15 students. • Location: 100% Virtual/Remote. Your Responsibilities • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students. • Provide direct instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs. • Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to create inclusive learning environments. • Monitor and assess student progress, making adjustments to teaching strategies as needed. • Maintain accurate records of student performance and behavior.
