– High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
Responsibilities
– Enter provided data accurately into databases or systems
– Verify data by comparing it to source documents
– Update existing data
– Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
– Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
– Communicate with team members to ensure the accuracy of data entries
– Respond to data entry requests and inquiries promptly
