Job Description

As a Customer Care Executive at Amazon, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This role requires a dynamic individual who can handle a fast-paced environment and deliver top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

– Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

– Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.

Educational Qualifications

Experience

– Previous experience in a customer service role is required.

– Experience in a high-paced environment is an advantage.
