Description:

As a Bilingual Customer Support Agent at Amazon, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish. You will work in a fast-paced environment, where you will have the opportunity to resolve a variety of customer issues and ensure a positive experience.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support software

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries in both English and Spanish
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

Educational Qualifications:

Experience:
