Job Description:
As a Part-time Sales Associate, you’ll serve as a brand ambassador for Best Buy, assisting customers with a range of products and services. Your role will involve providing product knowledge, advice, and guidance to customers, handling transactions, and maintaining the overall store appearance. You’ll be part of a team dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
Responsibilities:
1. Greet customers and ascertain their needs and wants.
2. Recommend merchandise based on individual requirements.
3. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges.
4. Continually learn about product updates and features.
5. Assist customers in locating merchandise.
6. Maintain an awareness of all product information and promotions.
Requirements:
– Excellent customer service skills.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
– Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
– Proficiency in English.
Educational Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
– Prior experience in a retail setting is preferred, but not required.
