Description

Amazon is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers and a proven track record of managing teams to deliver exceptional service. As a Customer Service Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and work with other departments to continually improve our service offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the customer service team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze customer service performance metrics.
  • Handle escalated customer service issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience.
  • Train and mentor customer service representatives.
