Job Title: Server (Part-Time) – Lufkin

Job Summary:

Darden Restaurants, one of the most popular and well-regarded restaurant chains in the US, is presently looking for a part-time Server for our Lufkin location. This part-time role requires under 4 hours of work per day with a competitive hourly wage commensurate with experience. Job Description:

As a Server at Darden Restaurants, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our valued customers. You’ll work in a vibrant and fast-paced environment, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that the customers’ dining experience is a pleasant one.

Responsibilities:

– Providing excellent customer service to our guests

– Taking orders accurately and delivering them in a timely manner

– Assisting with menu suggestions and upselling when appropriate

– Ensuring tables are clean and tidy

– Working with other team members to provide a seamless dining experience

Requirements:

– Good customer service skills

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

– Excellent communication skills

– Must be able to work weekends and holidays

– Previous experience as a server is a plus but not necessary

Educational Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:

No previous experience is required as we provide comprehensive paid training. However, previous work experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.
