Comfort Keepers, one of the leading providers of in-home care services in the United States, is seeking compassionate and dependable individuals for the position of a part-time Caregiver.
Job Description
The caregiver provides assistance and care to our clients in their homes. Our clients are predominantly elderly individuals who require assistance with day-to-day activities. The caregiver may assist with activities such as bathing, grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments.
Responsibilities
– Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, feeding, and grooming.
– Providing medication reminders.
– Assisting with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dusting, and vacuuming.
– Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
– Reporting any changes in client’s condition or incidents to supervisory staff.
Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience is preferred.
– Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
– Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
– Must be compassionate, patient, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
– Must be capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting and transferring clients.

Educational Qualifications
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Training or certification in caregiving is preferred.
Experience
– At least 6 months of experience in a caregiving role is preferred.
