### Job Summary:

American Airlines is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as full-time Flight Attendants. ### Job Description:

As a Flight Attendant at American Airlines, you will be an ambassador of our brand and a provider of exceptional customer service. You will ensure the safety and comfort of our passengers while embodying our values of excellence and service in every interaction.

### Responsibilities:

– Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure the plane is clean and ready for boarding.

– Assist with boarding, demonstrating safety procedures, and helping passengers with special needs.

– Serve meals and refreshments and sell onboard merchandise.

– Provide medical assistance and conflict resolution as necessary.

– Ensure compliance with all aviation rules and regulations.

– Represent American Airlines professionally during all customer interactions.

### Requirements:

– At least 18 years of age

– High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

– Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus

– Able to relocate as needed and fly both domestic and international routes

– Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and a rigorous physical exam

– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

– Flexibility with changing schedules and adaptability to dynamic work environments

### Educational Qualifications:

– Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent

– Further certifications in hospitality, safety, or customer service are advantageous but not required

### Experience:

– Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation is preferred but not essential. Comprehensive training will be provided.
