Job Summary:

Instacart is looking for an energetic and responsible Grocery Delivery Driver to join its expanding team. The role is part-time, with flexible working hours that can fit around your existing commitments. Job Description:

As an Instacart Grocery Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for fulfilling grocery orders placed by our customers online. You will pick and pack the grocery items from our partner stores and deliver them directly to our customers’ homes within a specified time frame. This role requires a high degree of customer service skills, the ability to manage your time effectively, and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.

2. Delivering orders to customers’ homes in a timely and professional manner.

3. Interacting with customers in a friendly and polite manner.

4. Resolving any customer issues or complaints promptly and effectively.

5. Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

1. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

2. Must be at least 21 years old.

3. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) when necessary.

4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.

6. Previous experience in a driver or delivery role is preferred but not necessary.

Educational Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
