Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data in our systems. Responsibilities
– Accurately enter data into various software systems from both paper documents and digital sources
– Update and maintain databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy
– Perform regular data quality checks and corrections
– Communicate effectively with team members to resolve discrepancies
– Organize and file all data-related documents
– Assist in generating reports as needed
Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Excellent typing speed and accuracy
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
– Good communication skills, both written and verbal
– Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
