Job Description:

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our hotel rooms and communal areas, ensuring the highest standards are met to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests. This role involves interacting with guests and staff respectfully and professionally, responding to guest queries and complaints promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

1. Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, bathrooms, public and back of house areas.

2. Providing excellent customer service to guests and responding to their requests promptly.

3. Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards.

4. Restocking supplies in the guest rooms and housekeeping carts.

5. Complying with hotel safety, health policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

1. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

2. High school diploma or equivalent.

3. Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but not mandatory.

4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

5. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and carry cleaning supplies.

6. Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
