Job Description:
The Retail Associate will play a key role in maintaining our store standards by ensuring the efficient running of the store, enhancing customer satisfaction, meeting sales goals, and managing inventory.
Responsibilities:
Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
Maintaining and organizing sales floor
Assisting with inventory management and stocking shelves
Receiving and processing new merchandise
Handling cash and card transactions
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic math skills
Experience:
While prior experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement for this role. Our comprehensive paid training program will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this position.
