### Job Description

As a Southwest Airlines Flight Attendant, you will play an important role in maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service. With your skills and dedication, you will help create a safe and pleasant flight experience for all our guests.

### Key Responsibilities

1. Safety Procedures: Thoroughly understand and execute all required safety procedures and instructions.

2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, addressing passengers’ needs and queries courteously and promptly.

3. Preparation of Cabin: Ensure that all supplies are adequately stocked, and the cabin is prepared for flight.

4. Emergency Equipment: Regularly inspect and manage the inventory of onboard emergency equipment.

5. In-flight Service: Efficiently manage food and beverage service to passengers.

6. Team Communication: Work collaboratively with pilots and ground crew to update, inform, and adjust to changing conditions.

7. Training Participation: Engage in ongoing training and professional development.

### Requirements

– Minimum age of 21 years.

– High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.

– Ability to pass a rigorous background check and pre-employment drug screen.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and pulling or pushing moderate loads.

– Comfortable working irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnights.

– Must be able to reach overhead bins and stand for extended periods.

### Educational Qualifications

– High School Diploma or GED required.

– Further certifications in hospitality, safety, or first aid is advantageous.

### Experience

– No prior experience required. We provide comprehensive paid training.

– Experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields can be helpful.
