Job Summary:

Walmart, a leading name in the retail industry, is looking for a dedicated Retail Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis during weekends. Description:

As a Retail Assistant, you’ll play a fundamental role in our operations by providing excellent customer service, assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for, and handling transactions quickly and accurately. This position will also include stocking shelves, marking prices, promoting special offers, and setting up displays.

Responsibilities:

– Greeting customers who enter the shop.

– Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for.

– Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.

– Stocking shelves with merchandise.

– Assisting with deliveries and restocking of sales floor as needed.

– Keeping the store tidy and clean, this includes hovering and mopping.

Requirements:

– Previous retail experience is preferable but not mandatory.

– Proficient in English.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to work with a team.

– Basic mathematical skills.

– Physical ability to stand for multiple hours and lift up to 50 lb.

Educational Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
