If you are someone who thrives in a... high-profile role and gains personal satisfaction when sharing knowledge and providing strategic recommendations, then this is a great role for you Model the near and long-term P&L and cash flow for original content Responsible for maintaining the financial data and conducting scenario analyses used in making strategic content decisions Participate in, own and prepare insightful analyses and presentations appropriate for executive audiences Build and improve processes & tools to improve information flow, data tracking and supervise key performance indicators Review and project rights and costs associated with original production term sheets Develop insightful presentations that illustrate the financial story in a concise and impactful manner Conduct re-forecasting and variance analysis on a regular cadence Stay on top of industry trends and our content partners Participate in various ad hoc projects Required Qualifications & Skills You have 2+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis / corporate finance/budgeting and forecasting Proficiency in Microsoft business suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint Outstanding ability to effectively connect with both financial wizards and creative geniuses Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing and balancing multiple projects/stakeholders concurrently, often with little direct supervision Ability to lead and process detailed information while keeping perspective on the bigger picture Strong work ethic with the ability to work extended hours during critical periods Enthusiastic and energetic Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in TV/film production is a huge plus Passionate consumer of content on Hulu Education Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field Disability accommodation for employment applications The Walt Disney Company and its Affiliated Companies are Equal Employment Opportunity employers and welcome all job seekers including individuals with disabilities and veterans with disabilities. The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $101,800.00 to $124,400.00per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
