Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved. Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide efficient customer service. Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. Proficient in basic computer applications and comfortable with technology. High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. Educational Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Additional training or certification in customer service is a plus.
