Customer Support Representative - Remote (UT Only)
Description: Join Gabb Wireless to provide world-class customer support for safe tech products. Support customer inquiries about account management, device troubleshooting, billing, etc. Answer incoming calls and provide high-quality support to our customers. Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution. Work closely with supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction and productivity. Continually learn about products and services to enhance knowledge.
