Data Entry Specialist (Typist) - Remote | WFH

xAre you detail-oriented and passionate about organization? We're looking for a dedicated Data Entry Specialist to join our administrative team! In this role, you'll play a vital part in managing client information by entering and updating data in our electronic storage system while ensuring that hard copies are well organized. Key Responsibilities... Collect and digitize data, including invoices, canceled bills, client information, and financial statements. Maintain a detailed and organized storage system to ensure all data entries are complete and accurate. Keep records of hard copy documents such as invoices, inventory checklists, and other financial materials. Continuously improve data quality by updating filing systems and establishing data entry standards. Collaborate with administrative staff to address and resolve any data inconsistencies.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED. At least 1 year of experience in a data entry role. Proficient in data entry software, such as Ninox, Kintone, and OmPrompt Order Management. Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, allowing you to spot errors efficiently. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
