CR&R Incorporated**. *Position Overview:** The Customer Service Representative role is a key position responsible for answering a high-volume of incoming calls from Residential and Commercial customers regarding their waste and recycling services. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service in a professional, positive, and efficient manner and effectively addressing customer complaints and concerns. Flexible remote and in-office work arrangements. This is a local position. *Position Responsibilities:** Managing large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner (75 to 120 per day) Identifying customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions Maintains call center database by entering information Follow all communication procedures, policies, and guidelines during every customer interaction *Candidate Qualifications:** Minimum one year of Call Center experience High School diploma or GED In Person and/or Phone Customer Service experience Excellent communication skills (oral and written) Inbound Call Center Professional demeanor Microsoft Office: Intermediate + level Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus *Company Benefits:** Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Short and long-term disability insurance 401(k) plan with a generous company match Employee discount program *EEO Statement:** C R & R is an equal opportunity employer.
