Flexible Part-Time Social Media Scheduler Location: Remote / must be a Pennsylvania OR Georgia Resident... Part-Time: 3 Hours per Week (to start) • Set Weekly Schedule is Required Note: We expect the position hours to increase. Pay: $17 to $19 hour per hour (depending on experience) Company: [Confidential] Job Overview: As a Social Media Scheduler you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing social media content across various platforms: Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google My Business, Pinterest, etc. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our clients’ social media channels are consistently active and engaging. You will work closely with our Project Manager and owner, our marketing strategist to ensure timely and effective communication that aligns with overall marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage social media content calendars for multiple clients, ensuring timely and accurate posting including graphics, content, hashtags, links, etc. • Schedule and post content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google My Business, Pinterest, etc). • Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure the quality and relevance of social media posts. • Respond to social media inquiries and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner. • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance scheduling efficiency. • An important part of the role is to understand the client's culture and creating content that aligns with their brand and messaging. • Enjoys repetitive tasks and the ability to work in a fast based environment. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Social Media Scheduler, Social Media Manager, or similar role is a plus. • Strong understanding of social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Google Suite products) and analytics platforms. • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. • Understanding ChatGPT and the importance of creating your own content—not heavily relying on AI resources—is key.
