Instructional Coaches establish and maintain trusting and professional relationships with residents, graduates, / principals, and other school-based support staff as needed. Coaches also design and facilitate content-focused programs for #T.E.A.C.H. graduates and their colleagues that include a range of clinical experiences that advance the technical and content-knowledge needed for teaching. Instructional Coaches help Collaborating Teachers understand and utilize mentoring techniques to refine their mentoring practice and support residents’ continued growth in this challenging work.
