Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Previous customer service experience preferred. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using customer service tools and software. • Comfortable working remotely and independently.
