Requirements • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Proven experience in customer service or client support roles. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. • Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction. • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. • Liaise with internal departments to ensure quick resolution of client issues. • Provide product and service information to customers. • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
