Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Data Analyst III, where your expertise in data solutions will be instrumental in leading initiatives that generate substantial business value. In this role, you will be at the forefront of transforming data into actionable insights while ensuring the integrity and usability of our data solutions... Key Responsibilities • Spearhead the design and implementation of data solutions, ensuring alignment with both business objectives and technical standards. • Collaborate closely with departments including Data Product Management, Data Governance, and IT to ensure ad hoc and point solutions are consistent with data architecture standards. • Provide authoritative recommendations for the integration of diverse data domains to build cohesive solutions. • Oversee the technical efforts of product and scrum teams to guarantee high-quality data solutions are delivered. • Develop intricate data pipelines, reports, and dashboards that empower data-driven decision-making. • Conduct solution reviews and work alongside Enterprise Data & Analytics teams to effectively deploy data visualizations and statistical analyses. • Partner with IT and Data Product Owners to amplify and scale data solutions for broader application. • Champion the implementation of solutions that enable swift business decision-making and maximize reuse opportunities. • Contribute to the enhancement of key data assets for enterprise-wide accessibility. Required Skills • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL capabilities for querying large, complex datasets. • Experience in Data Modeling and Architecture. • Familiarity with tools like Collibra, Informatica, and Snowflake; knowledge of Python or R is advantageous. • Ability to generate data and business requirements documentation. • Exceptional project management and communication skills. Qualifications • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or a High School diploma/GED complemented by 10 years of relevant experience. • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the technology sector, demonstrating proficiency with data solutions. • At least 4 years of experience leading sophisticated technology projects and influencing organizational strategy. • 2 years of experience in Data Modeling and Architecture.
