Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 3. Customer service experience preferred 4. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays 5. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time 6. Strong problem-solving skills 7. Ability to work well in a team environment Responsibilities: 1. Greet and assist guests with a smile and positive attitude 2. Provide information on park attractions, dining options, and entertainment events 3. Assist guests with special requests, such as disabilities or dietary restrictions 4. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner 5. Maintain a clean and organized work area 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience 7.
