Responsibilities Accurately input and update client and case information into the firm's database. Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system. Maintain and organize electronic and paper files for easy access and retrieval. Assist with generating reports and data analysis as required by the legal team. Collaborate with... attorneys and paralegals to ensure data integrity and consistency. Manage and prioritize multiple data entry tasks to meet deadlines. Support the administrative team with additional tasks as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
