Key Responsibilities • Manage the daily administration and upkeep of our Salesforce systems. • Support and enhance existing Salesforce applications, aligning them with organizational needs and compliance standards. • Facilitate onboarding and training for new users and applications, ensuring seamless integration. • Oversee user roles, permissions, and data access to maintain security within Salesforce environments. • Provide technical assistance to users, troubleshooting issues to optimize system functionality. • Coordinate Salesforce integrations with other systems and platforms. • Maintain comprehensive records of system configurations, processes, and user documentation. • Identify and implement opportunities for enhancements and best practices to improve Salesforce efficiency. Required Skills • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce administration, including user management, security settings, and customization. • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Capability to obtain and retain U.S. government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is required). • Experience with Salesforce GovCloud is essential. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce System Administrator, with demonstrable experience in Salesforce GovCloud. • Salesforce Certified Administrator. • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator) are advantageous. • Familiarity with government regulations and standards through prior experience in a government setting is a plus.
