We are seeking a talented YouTube Shorts Video Editor with a deep understanding of the YouTube algorithm and how to create engaging, viral content. You must have experience editing in-app on YouTube Shorts, with the ability to upload and post daily, optimizing for maximum engagement and visibility. Key Responsibilities... Edit and optimize daily videos for YouTube Shorts using provided video content. Skillfully cut, edit, and trim clips, ensuring the introduction and key segments are included to create engaging, attention-grabbing shorts. Utilize in-app YouTube editing tools to ensure videos are tailored to the platform’s algorithm and audience. Upload, post, and optimize video descriptions, tags, and titles to increase reach and engagement. Analyze performance metrics to adjust content strategy for maximum algorithm impact. Qualifications: Proven experience with YouTube Shorts and a deep understanding of how the YouTube algorithm works. Strong video editing skills, with the ability to edit directly within the YouTube app and adapt content for Shorts. Ability to cut down long-form content into compelling, bite-sized clips. Knowledge of trending content, hashtags, and SEO for YouTube. Ability to post daily and manage a consistent upload schedule.
