Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to relay client feedback and suggest enhancements that could benefit clients. -

Reporting:

Prepare and present regular reports on client interactions, issues resolved, and feedback collected to the management team. -

Client Education:

Provide clients with information regarding new products, services, and updates that align with their needs. -

Continuous Learning:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge to effectively serve our clients and enhance the overall client experience. #### Requirements: -

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. -
