Position Overview: As a 1st Line Support Technician, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for IT issues and assistance requests. Key Responsibilities: • Offer both remote and on-site technical support, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues. • Respond promptly and professionally to service requests and inquiries. • Document all support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system. • Escalate complex issues to 2nd Line Support or the relevant technical teams when necessary. • Ensure client satisfaction by following up on resolved issues and ensuring systems are functioning properly. • Assist with basic network and system administration tasks. • Collaborate with the team to stay current with technology and industry trends.
