Key Responsibilities Deliver individualized educational services within a virtual resource room setting. Foster a supportive learning environment through effective behavior support strategies. Collaborate with fellow educators, parents, and support personnel to create and assess individualized education plans (IEPs) while tracking student progress. Leverage technology to design and implement engaging virtual lessons that captivate students. Keep comprehensive records of student progress and ensure compliance with IEP regulations. Required Skills Valid Alabama Special Education certification. Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities. Proficiency in working effectively within a remote, technology-driven environment. Experience with virtual educational tools and platforms is an asset. Qualifications A minimum of 1 year of experience in special education, ideally within a virtual format. Background in supporting elementary and middle school students in resource and/or behavioral support programs.
