3 PQE+ Commercial Property Locum

This innovative and forward thinking law firm are looking to recruit a commercial property lawyer with a minimum of 3 PQE to join their friendly and flexible team. The role can be done mainly remotely or from the office in Kent. Supporting the Head of Department, and the firm generally, you will provide specialist commercial property legal advice and assistance to clients. The role will include: • Corporate support providing property advice on acquisitions and sales of businesses. • Purchase and sale of freehold and leasehold property • Acting for Landlords and Tenants on the grant and renewal of Leases • Acting for Tenants in connection with Licences to Assign • Licence for Alterations • Break Notices and Notices under s25, s26 and s27 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 You must be: • A Solicitor qualified in England and Wales with a minimum of 3 years PQE or sufficient and relevant experience in the field to justify non-qualification. • Have a proven track record in client... management and fee earning in the area of commercial property • Be able to manage a caseload, providing appropriate advice and assistance in accordance with professional standards and internal quality requirements. • Be able to process cases on a timely and cost-effective basis and in accordance with professional standards and internal quality requirements. • Have good people management skills On offer is excellent quality work, a supportive team environment and the opportunity of mainly remote working.
