Skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. • Experience in retail and/or marketing. • Ability to collect and analyze data and report results. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Effective creative problem-solving abilities. • Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities • Resolve cross-category product strategies supporting multiple Disney franchises and events. • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to implement product and marketing strategies. • Help develop strategies identifying quarterly landscapes, marketing priorities, and big bet items. • Maintain critical business platforms such as product set dates and weekly business reporting. • Establish relationships with internal partners and external marketing and operations teams. Qualifications • Enrollment in an accredited college/university or recent graduation within 6 months at the time of application. • Currently enrolled as a junior, senior or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Product Design, Merchandising, Marketing, Business, Finance, Retail Management, or related fields. Education Requirements • Enrollment in or completion of a relevant degree program. Education Requirements Credential Category • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Experience Requirements • Must be at least 18 years of age. • Unrestricted work authorization required. • Not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.
