As a Senior Google Ads Manager, you will be responsible for helping our clients drive lead generation and business growth through highly effective Google Ads campaigns. You will manage all aspects of campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking, ensuring that we meet our clients' lead generation goals while delivering measurable results. Key Responsibilities • Create and manage Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns, including ad copy creation, keyword research, and setup. • Continuously optimize campaigns by improving ad performance, refining targeting through negative keywords, and adjusting bids and budgets to maximize lead generation. • Set up and track campaign goals using tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and CallRail to ensure end-to-end tracking of leads and calls. • Review and analyze landing pages, offering data-driven recommendations to improve conversion rates (CRO) and drive better outcomes for clients. • Provide clients with monthly performance reports, detailing key campaign metrics, growth trends, and actionable insights to guide future strategy. • Utilize tools like Looker Studio to create visual reports aligned with client KPIs and business goals. Qualifications • Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required • English Resume is required • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. • Proficiency with a range of digital advertising formats, including search, display, social, and remarketing. • Ability to generate detailed, KPI-driven reports using platforms like Looker Studio and Google Analytics. • Solid knowledge of Google Search Console, SEMrush, and other SEO/SEM tools. • Experience with call tracking software (e.g., CallRail) and understanding of tracking calls and form submissions.
